Re: Saving preferences in inkscape
For windows, it is <Wherever you have installed Inkscape>\share\templates, that is, if you have installed Inkscape in C:\Program Files\Inkscape\, then you should save default.svg in C:\Program Files\Inkscape\share\templates.

What about copying palettes from to It would create duplicate files, but still, seems like the easiest way.
Code: Select all
C:\Program Files\GIMP-2.0\share\gimp\2.0\palettes
Code: Select all
C:\Program Files\Inkscape\share\palettes

Re: Sorry for the recent outage - recommend a new host?
I am using A Small Orange for some time, and it's really good with very good customer support, I would highly recommend it. No offence to FooManChu but, I would recommend against using Dreamhost. It has huge number of negative reviews, with a reputation of greatly overselling and un-competent custom...

Re: Links in posts
Phpbb3 looks nice. About links problem, well, I hate it when clicking on link opens it in new window, and usually prefer to avoid visiting such sites (unless they provide something which no one else do, I really need it). If site opens new links in current page, user can choose to either open it cur...
