Hi,

I have created a shape, filled it with a gradient... then when i move the shape, so does the gradient. It seems the gradient is applied across the whole page (even though you can't see it.) Does anyone know what i'm doing wrong?

That sounds like the gradient is behaving correctly. What is it that you want to do?

sas, I think these are different issues. Here, it seems to be a problem that the gradient moves along with the object. Where in the other topic, the problem is that the gradient doesn't move with the object. Although, if it turns out to be that Jo doesn't want the gradient to move, the setting you reference in your reply in the other topic, is the same one that Jo will need. But I'm not clear what the problem is yet.
