Hello, my tutorial about how to switch from pastel color to metallic ines.

i dont get it

is this supposed to be a gradient or a filter ?

It would make more sense if there were a tutorial for how to draw the bars, and this was like an addendum, that explains how to choose the colors. By itself though, it's rather meaningless.

Well, to be honest, I suppose this tutorial is so basic than a beginner could understand and apply it using his very basic knowledge ;) . The bars are intended to be "whatever object we can draw in inkscape", so it isn't important focusing on its creation. Apply colors to an object, it's another thing I miss to explain, both because it's a very basic feature, and because it's not the goal of the tutorial, which is intended to show how great difference can be achieved with so the little effort of darkening a color.
