If you are the maker of the video, why not post a picture here to show what the final result will be? Clicking the link immediately starts playing the video so there's no way to know what the end result is going to be without watching the whole thing. Also, why is it called Momo?

Yeah, I first looked up "momo" (when this was first posted) and found some not nice things about it. I kind of question using that term for this effect.

Druban, the end result was shown at the very front of the vid (the word MoMo itself). It's basically using the voroni effect and randomize color.

I've actually never used randomize color, so that was an interesting use! Learn something new every day right.

I looked up momo also, so many meanings, anything from a dumpling to being an idiot, lol. I thought it was a cute name, would never have associated it with anything mean.

In the end, thx for doing the vid EnricoS.

Those are some good techniques, well demonstrated. It's an unfortunate name that didn't interest me, but I eventually checked it out after seeing the discussion.

Here's the description and screenshot (which could be helpful in the first post):
Tools: Hobo font, boolean operations, Voronoi, randomize colors, BSpline, blur, transparency, bitmap effects, etc.

Have a nice day.

I'm using Inkscape 0.92.2 (5c3e80d, 2017-08-06), 64 bit win8.1

The Inkscape manual has lots of helpful info! http://tavmjong.free.fr/INKSCAPE/MANUAL/html/

Not exactly voronoi noise but turbulence based filter, with a similar effect:
