An anime tutorial

Postby WhiteHeron » Mon Jun 11, 2007 2:30 pm

I've just completed one recently! It's a multi-part, so follow the links in the comments section:

Keep in mind that I did the whole tutorial in a way I think would let friends of mine have all they need to complete an example such as the one I provided, without having to further read the manual (though they do have to read microUgly's own Inkscape introduction, I'm not repeating That if there's a readily accessible guide already :P ), etc. This means there are some concepts that most of you most likely know and can skip, but I put it all in there for Them. The last thing I want to do is scare them off by telling them to RTFM. D:

I'm still re-discovering Inkscape, and I still have to brush up on my drawing skills ( XP ), but it should give good practical ideas. :)

Great tutorial. I love these guides - there's always something in them I didn't know.

Thanks! :D

That's one of the things I like about Inkscape: vector is a relatively new domain for most people (including me), so you discover new tricks left and right all the time (with raster, it would have been dismissed as "everybody knows that XP ).

Add to that the fact that Inkscape adds new features all the time.

Joy! :D
