Welcome to InkscapeForum!

I'm not an expert about these things  but I think they basically mean that you don't have the programs installed, which use those extensions. So you probably won't be able to either open them, or save in those formats. If you expect to use any of those formats in your work with the cutter/plotter, or otherwise in general, you'll need to install those programs. If you don't expect to use them, then it won't be a problem that you don't have them.

I'm not familiar with all of those, but I might expect that you will certainly need to use DXF, and possibly several of the others....possibly just a couple of others. It all depends on how you plan to use Inkscape :D

Keep in mind that Inkscape extensions are all adding optional features to Inkscape - many of them specialized, some of them not available as cross-platform tools. None of the extensions failing to load (except maybe EPS/PS input) should prevent you from using Inkscape.

Don't bother - this extension does not work on Windows (it is based on a shell script). Do you have a need to open *.dia files in Inkscape? (AFAIK Dia does support export to SVG).

Same as above: don't bother - the extension to output DXF R12 does not work on Windows. Use the newer file format 'Desktop Cutting Plotter (R13) (*.dxf)' instead, if you need to save a copy as DXF (it does work on Windows).

Extension "PostScript Input" failed to load because a dependency was not met.
If you need to open EPS and PS files in Inkscape, install Ghostscript (Note: Saving a copy as PS/EPS is handled internally and does not require Ghostscript.
hms1018 wrote:Extension "LaTeX formula" failed to load because a dependency was not met.
Do you plan to use LaTeX to render Math (formulas) in Inkscape? Else, don't bother.
hms1018 wrote:Extension "XFIG Input" failed to load because a dependency was not met.
Do you plan to edit XFIG files in Inkscape? Else, again, don't bother about the message that the extension was not loaded. AFAIK xfig was never ported to Windows.
hms1018 wrote:Extension "GIMP XCF" failed to load because a dependency was not met.
If you need to export files in GIMP's native format, install GIMP for Windows (this extension should work on Windows in Inkscape 0.48.1 and later versions (bug #616193 was fixed)).

Extension "Text Input" failed to load because a dependency was not met.
IMHO don't bother (even if you know the text outline format) - the extensions require two different Perl module (not part of the Perl distribution), and you don't seem to have Perl installed anyway.

Another input extension which would not work an Windows anyway, even if skconvert (presumeably with Skencil) was installed.
