I set my document size and I simply need to print what is inside that space, and not also the photo I put as a background that exceeds the limits
What's the solution?

If you used Document Properties to define the page size (Ctrl+Shift+D) the just simply click on the Page tab (at the top of the Export dialog) and that`s what would be exported.
