This started around 6 am today (3 or 4 hours ago). I thought it would be a brief glitch at first. But now thinking I should report it.

I have the same problem today. The stylesheet is clearly not loading.

Problem fixed. The cached copy of the CSS file must have become corrupted. Don't know what would have caused it, but I hope the same thing doesn't happen to any core phpBB files - there is still an ongoing issue with my new host that may cause problems with this site.
