Not sure if this is possible or not but I would be nice if you are viewing a particular thread and decide to login after you login you are returned to the page you were previously viewing instead of being returned to the index and then going to find the thread you wanted to respond to. I know that could all be solved if you just logged in the first place, but sometimes you just want to scan the "todays news" to see if a topic interest you before you respond.

You could also tick the box to always remain logged in. I'll check this out though. I thought phpBB should already do this.

Any chance that this feature will be enabled? I would check always remain logged in, but I have my browser set up to clear all private data when I close it.

Sorry, I said I was going to look into this and I didn't.

The mechanics to do this are in the phpBB code, but for some reason the developers don't seem to have chosen to use them for your situation. I doubt it is difficult for me to change the behaviour but because phpBB is still a release candidate I would rather not mess with the code. When it goes final (which looks like it's only 3 days) I'll fix it up.

Ok, not really a problem just sometimes I forget where I was at before I logged in. But that is entirely my fault.
