- Follow up from last board meeting, on discussion about spreading
leadership duties more broadly.
- Possible proposal for new elected positions:
+ Vicechair - Sends vote resolutions to SFC;
- Serves as 2nd project rep for SFC matters;
- Fills in for chair running meetings;
- Assists in other leadership duties as needed.
+ Secretary - Announces meetings;
- Maintains meeting agenda;
- Collects and posts meeting transcripts & action items.
+ Treasurer - Prepare annual budget proposal for voting;
- Keep track of income and expenses;
- Serve as contact point for reimbursements and payments;
- Keep the Board informed on financial status of the project.
