2019 Hackfest Pasadena Sponsorship 3

Resolution:

Individuals listed below are authorized for travel reimbursement for up to $2000 each to the SCALE hackfest in Pasadena this March. This covers transportation, lodging, and food costs following the reimbursement rules specified by the Software Conservancy.

Conservancy is requested to assist Martin Owens by prepurchasing lodging and/or airfare tickets for his travel.

Approve the people listed below for travel reimbursement to Pasadena, California, up to $2000 each, if they are able to attend the hackfest and/or SCALE.

Background:

Martin is requesting that Conservancy assist with prepurchase of the travel, to avoid carrying the expense personally. The board is requested to approve this reimbursement exception. Martin will work with Conservancy on making the necessary arrangements for this.
