Title: Can I edit placed hershey text?

Is there a way I can edit the hershey text I have placed into my page? For example edit so I can change the font.

You can change the paths - i.e. drag on the nodes and the path segments. This is mostly useful for making smaller tweaks to the letters, but not for changign the whole font.

For changing the font or the text content, you need to go via the Hershey fonts extension and use one of the fonts that is provided there (or add your own), and/or type a different text.
