Is it possible to transform the orthographic image svg to isometric view ?

I can't see why it wouldn't be possible. It will take a bit mind bending to get your head round but most definately doable.
I think i saw as well on inkscape extentions website some clever guy/girl has kindly created the grids you would need to accomplish what you want to do along with a plethora of other grid types all in a handy extention.
This extention boasts what you need it to do but i've not tested it. https://inkscape.org/en/~jdhoek/★isometric-projection-converter
And this extention provides the gridlines i mentioned: https://inkscape.org/en/~cds4/%E2%98%85multi-grids

Oh wow! Wasn't aware of that one. I'll have to find a drawing which I can use to test it....
Edit
PS - Think you are looking for "orthogonal" rather than "orthographic"?
