Title: Chamfer tool on 0.92.1 ?

I have latest version but it does not have fillet/chamfer tool shown here:

Right, it wasn't ready at the time of the release. You'll either need to use the unstable trunk version, where it might be activated already (don't know), or compile 0.92.x with experimental LPEs / LPETOOL enabled (and I don't know if it will work then).
