Title: Extentions menu not showing? please someone out there help!!!!!!

Hi, I need your help. i am running inkscape 0.92.3 on ubuntu 16.04 and i have added a sub section in my extentions menu. this was done by downloading inkcut. this shows up under the extentions menu as Cutter/Plotter. but when i scroll the mouse over it to selet it to open it just glitches and shows an empty black box with no inkcut option showing so will not load how do i solve this ??????

please help?!

Welcome to the forum!

InkCut has not been maintained lately.  I just read where some people are working on updating it.  But unless you downloaded whatever they are working on, then what you have probably won't work properly (if at all).  And if you did download this new version, you should contact the authors, for help.

Can you give us the link where you downloaded it?

What format do you need?  It's possible there's another extension which will do what you need.
