Title: Does Inkscape have the ability to convert raster to vector

Hi All

I have hand drawn pictures which I want to scan then trace.  I have an app for this, but the output is jpg or pdf. I want to convert them to a vector line drawing.  Does inkskape have any ability to do this?

Path menu > Trace Bitmap
