Title: Is it possible to make spray full fills all the surface of region with script?
Post by: smmsamm on June 24, 2019, 08:56:00 AM
When I use spray it has bad decisions, I want full filling without any gap, Is it possible to use python to force Inkscape to fill all the free space of an irregular shape?

Not sure which 'bad decisions' you mean. Maybe reduce the randomness?

Please see the attachment, in best mode after some minutes I can generate this by spray, but if you zoom it, you can see many gaps,
1-I want a script that spray the objects in automatic mode
2-Better putting objects without overlapping but near each others

Do you think is it possible to make?

thank you

At the far right end of the Spray tool control bar....which I'm not sure how you made your Inkscape window exactly opposite, switching right/left sides.  But in any case, it will be towards the left end of your control bar, are some buttons that control spacing and overlaps.  Prevent overlapping button and Offset spinbox.
