Title: Measurement in Inches

I am not familiar with cms only inches. How can I change that?

Welcome to the forum!

I might guess you have your default units in cm.  You can switch to inches using Document Properties, at the top of the window.

The OP can change the units of measurement (as well as the font size used in the labels) in situ via the Tool Controls Bar.
