Hello,
I am new to inkscape and having issues using installed fonts. I use windows 10 pro and inkscape version 0.92.4 (64 bit). I tried the suggestions in this thread: http://www.inkscapeforum.com/viewtopic.php?t=34120 without success. When I right click the font file, I do not have the option to "install for all users." Is there any other way around this? I love inkscape but this is a big limitation and I need help! Any advice is greatly appreciated.

Welcome to the forum!
You might have to add a new user account to get that option to appear. But first, look around and see if there is some option for installing as admin or using admin rights or something. Someone told me there might be another way (besides adding a new user) but I can't find the message where they posted that. And I can't test, because I'm on Windows 7, which doesn't have the problem. Maybe they'll see this message, and post exactly what it is, if you can't find it with my vague suggestion.

The other name that option can be found as is 'install as administrator'. Is that available?

Hello all! I am new at Inkscape too, and were facing the same issue after re-installing Windows 10 (pro, 64bits, build 1809) my font (KG drops of jupiter) and Inkscape 0.92. The font was listed on Windows fonts, but not in Inkscape....... So, after reading this post, tried to right click on font file, and choose "install for all users" - instead of only my user is created. Opened Inkscape and.... surprise! KG Drops of Jupiter is now listed! Great!
