I'm having problems with some letter such as "B". I need to make the two center parts of the letter "B" to be clear/see through (NO COLOR). If I go to preview it it look fine but when I go to upload it all the letters that have a center part (A,B,O,d,p) will show up with the centers parts in white instead of being clear. I've attached a file so you can see what I'm talking about.
I was told to try holding down the shift & clicking on the part I want to see through. Then go to "Path>Combine, then go to "Object>Fill & Stroke. Then click on the "evenodd button.

Hi Gary,
Let's investigate what's wrong, using the first O in the large text. First, Ungroup, so it's easy to select things.
Next, click on the middle of the O. Now you can see that's already a separate object. But if you delete it, you can see that the O below it isn't really an O. It's solid all the way through. But luckily, you already have an object which is the perfect size to sort of "punch a hole" in the blue object which is supposed to be an O.
So if you deleted the white object, Undo that.
Now, drag a selection box around the O. Check the status bar to make sure it says that 2 objects are selected. Then do Path menu > Difference. That essentially subtracts the white object from the blue one, and makes a hole in the blue object, creating a real O. The white object disappears, and that's what's supposed to happen.
Then just repeat the process for all the letters.
I'm not sure if you created this text, or like in your previous messages, you had downloaded the file from the internet. But if you created the text, there probably is a way to fix all the letters at the same time. If you downloaded the file and it was already in this condition......I guess there's a way to fix all the letters at once, but it's probably not much faster than doing them one at a time.
