Title: What's the pantone color code for the color I am using?

Hi,

I was just wondering if it was possible to see what the pantone color code for my object is?

Not using Inkscape.

First, I should say that I'm not very well informed about proprietary colors.  It sounds like you would need a pantone color chart, to look it up.  After some brief searching, I've only found this:  http://pantonecolors.org/

Possibly the reverse would be more helpful.  But I'll have to leave that for someone else to search out.

In my brief searching, I saw Scribus mentioned a few times.  I didn't read enough to find out exactly what connection there is between Pantone color and Scribus.  But in any case Scribus is a free and open source desktop publishing program.  https://www.scribus.net/
