Title: Installing Inkscape on Windows 10

I'm trying to install Inkscape on my new Dell (Latitude) laptop but it's not working right. Everything looks right but when I go to Path>Trace Bitmap and hit the ok button nothing happens. It should show the item that's selected but it doesn't show anything and it also doesn't open it over the file that was selected. The version I downloaded is 0.92.3-x64. I have this same version installed on my PC and it works fine so I'm a little confused why I'm having trouble. Any help that I can get would be great.  Thank

Is this the same problem?  Or have you now installed the 64-bit version of Inkscape on a 64-bit computer?
