I tried it on Linux. There are not splotches after the text.
However, I should like to use my laptop with Win10, so I hope, there is some solution. Is it a bug?

Splotchy text
When I use and then move the text, it trails splotches and the last letter is cropped, as you see it on this attachment. What can I do?

Distorted letters
There are two distortions in my text. An extra line after r in the bigger word and a clipped r in the smaller. What can I do to avoid it?

The head is selected in "fej" layer and it is O:100. The horn is laying in the bottom layer and even Lower selection to bottom. It seems through anyway.

Why transparent?
I follow a very easy excercise made for Illustrator. I don't understand why the horn of the monster is seemable behind the head. :o The head is not filled with any transparency. According to tutorial it was two steps: black-white gradiant and thereon violet. Maybe it is not necessary, but I tried to...

Re: Radial pattern in a circle
Yes, this is the other account. Sketchup is a 3d program. I don't know, if Bender is better, but this is very easy to use and I don't have professionel ambitions. However I don't try to make the 3d in Inkscape. I thougt that I would make a circle with radial brushstraws in Inkscapes, then import it ...

Re: Radial pattern in a circle
Thank you, brynn. However I am not really new here, but I couldn't find my inlog as Gabriel and the program couldn't find me as Gabriel either. But no problem, I have a lot of identities  I made this brushwheel in SketchUp and I beleived that radial straws as texture would be easy to make in In...

Hello! I should like to put brush-straws radially in a circle. I mean, I have a png image about the side of a brush and I want to bend it. I have a circle and another circle inside and I should like to put this pattern radially between the two circles. Brushstraws radially outward, as on a hedghog. ...
