If I want to trace an image in the individual colors of the bitmap so each color of the bitmap is scanned in the shape it appears in the bitmap is that possible? Example Apple I want only red being the apple and another layer for the green leaves. Thank you.

Re: Font not displaying the same
are you using flowed text, maybe without even knowing it? Check the status bar at the bottom of the window (Use the selector tool to select the text object and see how it is described). Don't use FT. The command Text menu>Convert to text is there to get you out of this situation. If that does not w...

Font not displaying the same
Can someone take a look at this image and tell me why when I am previewing my font in the text window it shows the letter d with the swirl at the top but when I save it and go back to my workspace the swirl is not there. (workspace is the one with the blue background) Is there a way to get it to inc...

Re: Link Offset for a word
I think this is a case where we would need to see the SVG file, to sort out what's going wrong. There is a way to make the linked offsets equal, I think. But we should be able to figure out why it's not working properly, and fix it. Of course there's always the chance we've stumbled upon a bug.... ...

Re: Link Offset for a word
I did find a work around by using link outset. Still the offset is not working right. Could it be the font I am using?

Re: Link Offset for a word
I assumed I had to convert to path before using offset. I tried it without converting and still doing the same thing. I have deleted and retyped it several times and still only the first few words will offset. Is there no way to do seperate offsets but have them be the same size? I don't see an opti...

Re: Link Offset for a word
I don't have any problems with a long string of words either. I actually made some lorem ipsum, maybe 12 to 15 words, and they all are included in the linked offset. Maybe you accidentally made 2 distinct sets of text? I know it happens to me from time to time. I'll be trying to place the mouse at ...

Link Offset for a word
I have used link offset many times on words and for some reason when I create a sentence and choose union to convert to path and then do link offset it does offset the entire path just the first few words even though the whole sentence is one path set. Is there something I am missing? I don't know i...

Text On Path
I want to put text on path of a circle but I want one part to be on the top of the circle and then another text on path to be on the bottom. I can't get the bottom part apply without it not reading correctly.
