Ok that makes sense. Ive gone through and deleted some extra nodes which seems to be working already. I combined the outside area on the right side that had the color filled outside the lines which now fills INSIDE the lines. Now I just have to go through and fix a few other areas. I tried combining the paths and then reversing the path direction but still have the same issue. I feel like I'm missing something.
