Hi @theozh! I've tried entering the three commands in the Command Prompt and Command Prompt (admin), I get the same results: no problems locating path and gswin64c, but cannot find ps2pdf. I tried all of those recommendations without any breakthrough. I'm so sad.

I went to desktop icon, right click --> Run as Administrator, opened eps file. Same response. FAIL!
