I'm getting the following error when I try to open the inkscape executable application file. The procedure entry point FreeAddrInfoW could not be located in the dynamic link library WS2_32.dll inkscape version 0.48.1 Is inkscape compatible with Windows 2000 pro? Has anybody else experienced this sam...
