Thanks again for the reply microUgly. I really don't know what Bastik Rasterizer is but I can try to install it and see if that works. As for seeing the differences in the icons I did open the files with a text editor to see if I could spot where the problem was but both files looked incredibly diff...

I didn't find a solution but I managed to make the files work.
All I did was re-save them with Adobe Illustrator after editing them with Inkscape.

Thought I would share in case another person has this problem.
