Re: Whiteboard/Inkboard new development
Sorry i can't be of help, but you might try asking this question on the inkscape-devel list. ( https://lists.sourceforge.net/lists/lis ... cape-devel )
Please keep this thread updated if you do get inkboard working again, that would be AWESOME!

Re: Website RSS
yeah, this is a known issue with the inkscape news RSS...
there is talk of switching the inkscape website over to drupal after the 0.46 release. so this will probably be fixed when that occurs...
cheers,

Re: How to request new features
Just thought i would update this post, Inkscape Feature Requests are now handled by Launchpad (https://bugs.launchpad.net/inkscape/)
Just submit for feature request as a Bug, and it will be classified as a "Wishlist" Item

Re: save workspace?
As far as i know, this cannot be done in inkscape 0.45.
never fear though, there is some awesome new code in the development version which introduces dockable dialogs. this should solve your problem, maybe you could download an unstable version...
cheers,
ry

Re: Open Clip Art for competition entries
basically, the name of openclipart is a bit decieving... as long as the artwork is all vector, and public domain, we would love to have it in the collection, it does not neccecarily need to be "Clip art" in the tradtional sense of the word(s) :P even if an upload is not super useful by its...
