Re: Anti-aliasing problem (overlapping lines)
Technically I do not belong to the field, this is the problem.. I *have* a template with electrical components, it's just that there was no such thing as a grid :D So, what do I do, I make a 1mm grid, and use the same 0.3mm line width for all components and I should be fine, it's just that I won't b...

Re: Anti-aliasing problem (overlapping lines)
The last two lines have me buffled !! The design is supposed to be around 8cm x 5 cm, but it varies each time according to the contents. It's figures for an electronics book. I always start with a fixed page size around that, but I always end up resizing to fit contents !! But what does the border a...

Re: Anti-aliasing problem (overlapping lines)
thanks very much for your help! I don't understand exactly what you're saying though :( About the last part, you're right, they weren't same size after all, but I corrected that and I still get the same problem. I don't care about the screen display, it's the print that I worry about. It's just that...

Re: Anti-aliasing problem (overlapping lines)
Here it is!
It only shows in specific zoom levels (but it also shows on printed paper (in a professional printer), so it's not a problem of the pdf viewer)
any ideas?

Re: Anti-aliasing problem (overlapping lines)
Hello guys! I am having the same problem, only I am not exporting to a bitmap, I am saving a pdf file. I tried using druban's template, but it didn't make any difference.. I am making two straight lines of 1mm line width overlap, and I can see it in the final pdf :( Have I understood incorrectly the...

Re: Examotion (Renesis) site closed or hacked???
the secondary site you mention doesn't let you dload just the file..It has its own 'client' software that you need to dload first. So I wouldn't advise that

Re: modification of subscripted/superscripted text?
thanks for the reply. It did that before there was a dedicated tool for the job (I used to apply kerning manually and change the font size to create a subscript). There is no way to apply different 'settings' for individual letters inside a word, except for bold and italics.

Re: problem with function plotter extension
do you perhaps have a foreign language installed? if yes, you have to turn it back to english or some shortcuts aren't recognized.
also do you have by any chance an autohotkey script running?

modification of subscripted/superscripted text?
hi all! why is it that if i have an expression of the form x_1 (I mean "1" is subscripted), and i want to change 1 to 2, the number loses its size? is it a bug, or am I understanding something wrong? I looked in the manual and the forums but couldn't find anything relevant. Any suggestions...
