Hello, I'm using Windows 10 and I'm having issues with this as well. I had Inkscape .91 and then thought it was an issue with that so I uninstalled this and went to .92.4 and it's still an issue. I am the only user on my laptop so I'm set up as administrator. I don't have any action to "install...
