I got it fixed, Man, the problem was in AI, no pt value was set, ( I just installed it 2 days ago, so new to it) I changed the stroke to 1pt, Saved as SVG1.1 and Opened in INK and its there all nice and pretty and in color stroke lines. Woo hoo! Its funny how all the other softwares could pic it up ...

Okay, so why is it that I open others svg and see stroke color lines, and they dont have to set the stroke to 1.000 May be its some thing from the saving in AI, I will go check that.

The file is ungrouped when it comes in to Inkscape, it just dont show on my computer, but it does on other computers. I need to be able to open it and see what others see when they open it. They see image with color stroke lines, I open and see nothing. So has to be some thing in my settings, I have...

I was working with 44.1 for the longest time, SO I updated to version .46 yesterday and thats when I dicovered how to fix this stuff. Is that the newest good running version?
