inkscape-0.46.win32.7z commandline problem?

When going for help on the command line I get no feedback. I installed it on another pc with the same result. Any t...

Re: Help embedding svg on scribus

It's an old post and you probably moved on, but there is a way to preserve your text; export your svg to eps and than import into scribus. You still need to scale, but your elements are there.

But like i said it doesn't happen when making pdf's and that why i use inkscape.

Re: silly annoying background problem

It only saves when i open a new document while running inkscape, but not when i close and restart inkscape. This is what m default.svg says: id="base" pagecolor="#ffffff" bordercolor="#666666" borderopacity="1.0" gridtolerance="10000" guidetolerance=...

Re: will inkscape alter javascript?

I use scribus, but it lacks easy commandline interfacing and the javascript support is limited for the things i want to do. Maybe i ...

Re: silly annoying background problem

Thanks for the response. Yes I tried that earlier, but the settings aren't saved. There is no confirmation option and opacity indication keeps returning.

Btw, i see it's your anniversary tomorrow :D

I have a simple svg file that can be converted to a pdf file (--export-pdf etc..). I would like to know if inkscape will alter or even complete ignore javascript when a svg is exported to a pdf file?

silly annoying background problem

Hello all, This is my first post with which seems like a silly problem, which I can't seem to fix. When I create an image the background appears to differ depending on what program I use to open. I went to document properties and set it to white, but it still returns to black in acdsee, grey in inte...
