Well it has not been "solved" just that I was told where I should be asking the question directly to the developer not in the group forums as it is not a "Inkscape" problem per se. The extension file is called Inkscape-master.zip, of course now I cannot find the Git folder. Here ...

I am trying to install the Scale extension but I cannot unzip the files.

I tried 7zip and WinZip both failed.

I downloaded the extension from GIT.

Any ideas and suggestions?
