In general, when you choose "Open with" option, you find the program in the explorer and click ok and then the new program appears in the "Open with" list, but here the problem is that when I click on Inkscape.exe, nothing appends, Inkscape icon does not appear in the menu. I can...

I tried but it still doesn't work.
Inkscape.exe never appears in the list of available "Open with" programs. Even, Inkscape is correctly installed and well listed in the "Control Panel/Uninstall a program".
