Hi. Anti-aliasing has it's effect on exported png-s. Inkscape works with a 90 dpi grid. For such pixel-fitted images you would need to use even px dimensions-coordinates for everything, and use an exporting area defined by even pixels, and an exporting resolution of 90 dpi.
