Take a look for rsvg for Windows:
http://ftp.gnome.org/pub/gnome/binaries ... rsvg/2.32/
You will also need to find rsvg-convert.exe application (from dev package). It's LGPL but may be enough.

Automatic text fill script/plugin
Hi all. Is there any script / plugin available for automatic text input based on selected shape properties? What do I mean (attachment): 1. get two objects: rectangle and text (A), 2. select both of them (B), 3. run script / plugin, 4. get text object filled with rectangle properties info (C). Is it...

Re: Snapping stroke's border.
You can use the Stroke to Path option and make guides from that object, this way you get the inner and outer border guides. Thank you for your answer but I've already used that method. Sometimes I was even creating two rectangles: one for acting as inner object and second for border. I thought it c...

Re: Snapping stroke's border.
You could try snapping the bounding box corns. Thanks, that worked! BTW Are there any plans to extend "Object to guides" option? Three possible values come to my mind, of course: - current (described) mode - guides created according to the middle of stroke, - internal - according to red a...

Default document's properties.
Hi all. Is it possible to set Document's Metadata or properties like size (maybe even own formats) which will be used by default each time Inkscpae is started? It can be really annoying to set the same Creator info or not having the date prefilled to file's creation. It is also easy to forget about ...

Thanks, man.
I did read read your manual and I am ashamed now
Sometimes the easiest solutions are the hardest to find. I cannot simply believe how I couldn't see that so many times.
Thank you very much once again.

Stick gradient to object
Hi all. I am looking for a way to stick gradient to object. Normally, when I create (ex.) circle and set it filled with gradient it looks OK. But when I move my circle, gradient lines stays on the same place in document. Such behaviour annoys me because each action (sizing, rotation, etc.) produces ...
