It works great. I'm already assign a shortcut to this extension, and now my work is much faster and more pleasant.

I have the same problem with "Taper stroke" LPE. It's too time-consuming to apply LPE for each individual path (especially when every time you need to change default settinsg of particular LPE). This solution is work: So it goes something like select the original object, Ctrl+C, Ctrl+Alt+V...
