Your are right. In the first place, I only tried Extensions -> Export ->Export to TikZ path... on the menu bar. In this case, there was no "Save As" dialog box. But as you suggested, I was able to do File -> Save as -> (choose TikZ). I overlooked this route. Thanks very much (^o^)/
