I wasn,t even able to install it. It has just been downloaded. My computer say: "impossible to open it. don't recognize it." (in french)

Activate Inkscape on Mac with OSX LION 10.7.5
I downloaded Inkscape-0.48.2-1 on my mac.
I have OS X 10.7.5
When I want to open it, I have a pop up window that say: It's impossible to open it. It's not recognized.
What can I do?
