Thanks everyone...they want layers so that they can make adjustments, if needed. The artwork is for CD packaging, so there's a template that's a layer...and they need to be able to see the template (in case they need to adjust something), but also take it out for printing. Thanks for the info...I've checked with the printer and they want the layers of the elements (not layers of colors).

So...if I save my file as either an EPS or PDF, will it preserve the layers that I've created?
