Thanks for the reply mate. Yes I found that out when I selected the object using the path tool.

Ok solved it!! When I originally pasted the arrows in, I remember using the rubber tool to try and get rid of some unwanted graphics, as I didn't really know what I was doing. So I found that when I selected the green arrow with the path tool I could actually see what was causing the region of the o...

Ok well after looking everywhere in the program to see where the difference was, I managed to locate it. I found that when I inspected the XML Tree of the Document, I could see the difference between the two objects. The green arrow had a clip-path assigned to it. I removed this and hey presto, now ...
