Export to Bitmap doesn't have the misalignment, or odd shade problems. Its a little softer though due to BMP conversion. Fixed the softness by changing DPI to 300 from 92. This should be workable as I'll just have WIM print 4 copies to a page. Still curious as to why I have the issues with a printou...

I installed CutePDF and printed it from Inkscape to the CPDF print driver.. it created a good looking PDF version when viewed on the PC screen. Now as for when printed.. the image was properly aligned, and the larger shaded box from around the circle vanished, but the one from the pie wedge remained...
