This is happening in multiple projects. Its a pain to have to go through the whole process so that I can get things to align. So far it has just happened to simple things but I can see this being a problem with complex objects.

In regards to the explanation. I created a square and then a small circle. I applied the difference to it to remove the circle from the square. I copy the square object and paste and it has a border greater than the orginal object. So if I align them side by side, there is a gap of whitespace in bet...

copy and object and paste results in larger border
I copy and paste an object and the pasted object (red square)has a border outside the original (blue square)? Not sure what is happening.
