Hi Moini, thanks for your reply. ... I click on the object to mark it first and then I go to -> menu -> object -> ungroup. (But I also tried Shift-Strg-G for that operation.) after that I draw a rectangle, change this new object to a path, place it it overlapping over the the mountain, mark the moun...

Hi, I use Inkscape 0.91 on a Mint 17.3 OS. I have two objects and want to get a difference. Hi, I use Inkscape on a Mint 17 KDE platform (acer notebook)... when I try to set guidelines, pulling them either from the horizontal or the vertical site ruler,... the inkscape window either gets very small or I get some lines but those are no guidelines. the lines I get are red and not editable. w...

select one text object than:
select one of them then use Edit > Select Same > Object Type to hit them all at once.

Hi again,
unfortunately that doesn not work. unsuccessfully tried a few hours to find a work around.
To remove manual kerns all at once, select all objects before by Ctrl+A.
