After image made, then no image when clicked on file
Hi, I design an image, but then when I click on it after Ive saved it, windows photo gallery opens and their is no image. its says cant open this picture or video, this file format is not supported or you dont have the latest updates to photo gallery.

How do I save the completed image, or drawing, so that it is small, not so many bytes and so it doesnt open in Internet explorer.
