I'm trying to change the aspect ratio of an "image" that I am embedding into my Inkscape .svg file. I am using a mac installation of Inkscape and XQuartz. Every time I use "Ctrl"+mouse to widen the rectangular box that surrounds the image, I see the image and box stretch, however...
