This is a read-only archive of the inkscapeforum.com site. You can search for info here or post new questions and comments at I downloaded inkscape_r12855-201312211257, but changing language in "Prefetches" does nothing.
I tried rename folder %USERPROFILE%\AppData\Roaming\inkscape, but it not worked.
Is it intended behavior or I am doing something wrong?
P.S. Win7 HP SP1 Build 7601 x64
