I have imported a PDF into inkscape and tried ungrouping it so I can use different elements of the PDF. However the PDF is not exploding fully and still has the majority of the PDF in on solid group. Thanks for that, but just realized I hadn't checked the size of the canvas and I've sorted it now.

I had the same issue and I saved it as a PDF rather than printing as a PDF and all the text seemed stay on.

Hi, I'm creating PDFs from GIS software and then opening/importing them into Inkscape. I then manipulate the images to what I want and save them as a PDF. When I view the PDF there is only a partial image of what I created. Why does it do this and how can I rectify the problem? Many thanks Christina
