I realize that the XML is pretty messy, but I wonder if anyone can comment to the fact that they render properly in Web browsers, but not in Inkscape. Should I write a bug report?

Flag of the Cook Islands not rendering properly.
The Flag of the Cook Islands on Wikipedia (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/File:Flag_of_the_Cook_Islands.svg) does not render properly in Inkscape.
